GDPR made simple for everyone
Since I started doing GDPR work for business I found that there are so many small businesses and sole traders that are desperately worried about GDPR compliance but don’t have the the money to employ a data privacy specialist to help them nor the time to sift through all the information.
It occurred to me that I can’t suddenly learn how to fix my car or boiler when they break nor can I design websites or take my own teeth out – so way should others suddenly be expected to become lawyers or IT specialists? They shouldn’t is the answer.
That’s why I have devised the tool kit that is available on the website shop – so that everyone can just get on and do GDPR for their business. As someone said yesterday ‘Using the Kit is like having Antonia in my room without needing to provide coffee and sweets”.
There is so much conflicting information and horror stories about GDPR – it often feels like wading through treacle (even for lawyers and experts). So, the kit has stripped back to all but the essential information which any business needs to comply with the requirements of GDPR and is written in a happy chatty style (no one wants to feel like they are being bombard with legal jargon!)
The toolkit is a system which takes you through all of the steps you need to do – it needs your input as only you know for example what servers you use or why and for how long you keep CCTV images. But if you follow the simple guided steps (which all have explanations and a full list of examples) you should have all the blocks in place to be compliant. I am always here to help as needed though!
Its truly important to remember: this is not a guide or a checklist – it’s a system actually to get GDPR done for your business.
